We make it super easy! When you are ready to return the extensions, simply place them into the postage paid envelope and pop them in the mail. This must be done within 2 business days. If you are going on a honeymoon, simply have someone drop them in the mail for you - the postage is already paid. 

Once we confirm receipt of the hair extensions and inspect them to ensure that there is no damage, discoloration, or missing pieces - and they are returned damage free, you will be refunded the $100 to the account which it came from.  Photos are taken of the extensions prior to rental.

Absolutely! We take sanitization of our extensions very seriously!! The hair is carefully inspected and properly sanitized after each use ensuring a quality product for each bride.

Definitely! If a member of your bridal party is interested in the extension rentals, they will need to follow the same process above, starting with the Initial Contact.

Our current collection of colors consists of 8 of the most popular shades in an 18" length. We will help you choose the best color for you based on current (or future event color) hair and style inspiration. If we do not have the color that you need, you do have the option of purchasing the correct shade with our help to professionally color match your hair.

You have 2 business days after the special event date.

Yes! The rental can be used for the hair for your wedding preview too.  You will have 2 business days after the preview appointment to return the extensions and receive your $100 refund.

The rental is a separate fee from the hair styling for your event.  The costs shown are for the rentals only.
